Parishes are responsible to supply many of the workers for the ceremony: Minister’s of Hospitality (5) Eucharistic ministers (8) and servers (2) are the roles we need to fill. Training will be provided for workers beforehand. Please contact Matthew with questions.
Ministers of Hospitality meet at the baptismal font by 5:30
Servers at the sacristy by 5:45
Extraordinary ministers of Holy Communion at the north side of the sanctuary by 6 pm
Readers at the ambo by 6:15
The presider will be there by 6:10 for photos. Mass will start @ 7 pm.
Parking goes fast! If you are attending parking is limited. Consider carpooling!
